Having a rental aircraft qualifies you as an 'aircraft business' allowing you to offset revenues with aircraft depreciation, and standard expenses such as tiedown fees, maintenance, fuel, and sales and property taxes. You receive the rental income less expenses and an hourly management fee that Trade Winds charges for each hour the plane is rented.
