This course is designed to train a non-pilot basic flying skills in just one day!
By teaching the basics of aircraft control (i.e. straight and level, climbs, turns, descents), simple landing techniques, basic navigation, and fundamental radio skills, a Certified Flight Instructor can teach a non-pilot how to safely return to an airport or landing site in case of pilot incapacitation. Additionally if they desire, the non-pilot will learn how to assist the pilot with everyday flying tasks making him or her a useful addition to the cockpit.
Pinch Hitter courses can be taught in Trade Winds airplanes or your own by any Certified Flight Instructor.
